Class Descriptions

Low Impact Aerobics

A 30 min. class of low impact aerobics for any fitness level.

Pilates

Es un ejercicio de movimientos lentos que confluyen para enfocarse en fortalecer el núcleo, alargar el músculo e incrementar la flexibilidad.

Endurance

A 45 min. weightlifting class. Lighter weights/lots of reps!

Wholyfit

WholyFit es un programa de ejercicio suave que fortalece y tonifica todos los músculos, crea resistencia, mejora el balance, la flexibilidad, la agilidad espinal, el rango de movimiento e incrementa la consciencia de la Buena postura y la respiración. La clase se ajusta a tu propio ritmo y está diseñada para todos los niveles de entrenamiento, desde principiantes hasta atletas.

Cardio/Weight Fusion

30 min. of low-impact cardio while using light weights.

Refit

A cardio-dance program that engages mind, body and soul through easy-to-learn movements and inspiring music. A fitness dance party!

Push

An intense 30 min. challenge to push yourself at a high intensity.

Nutrition Class

1st Tuesday morning each month 9:30am in FL-111. Nutrition and health topics by Lisa Hernandez, Certified Nutritionist.

Balance

A 45 min. mat class focusing on balance. Strengthen the core and improve posture and bone strength while preforming weight bearing balance exercises. Best done without shoes to help exercise and strengthen feet, which are foundational to good balance.

Zumba

A cardio-dance class with Latin style!
